Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı 2019 Yurt Dışına Lisansüstü Öğrenim Görmek Üzere Gönderilecek Adayları Seçme ve Yerleştirme (YLSY) burs başvuruları hakkında duyuru yaptı. Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından yapılan duyuru şu şekilde:
“Yükseköğretim kurumları ile diğer kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarının ihtiyaç duyduğu nitelikli insan gücünü yetiştirmek üzere 1416 sayılı Ecnebi Memleketlere Gönderilecek Talebe Hakkında Kanuna dayalı olarak Bakanlığımızca verilen burs ile (YLSY Programı) lisansüstü öğrenim görmek amacıyla yurt dışına öğrenci gönderilmektedir. Bu kapsamda 2019 YLSY kapsamında resmî burslu statüde yüksek lisans ve/veya doktora öğrenimi görmek üzere yurt dışına 1.115 öğrenci gönderilecektir.
Yurt dışında lisansüstü öğrenim görmek üzere başvuru yapacak adaylar, başvuru işlemlerini 07-26 Ağustos 2019 tarihleri arasında Bakanlığımızın http://rebus.meb.gov.tr (REBUS – Resmî Burslu Öğrenci Sistemi) internet adresinden “T.C. kimlik numarası, kimlik seri numarası ile yakınının (eş, çocuk, anne veya baba) T.C. kimlik numarasını” kullanarak yapacaklardır. “REBUS YLSY Başvuru Ekranı” 07 Ağustos 2019 tarihinde adaylara açılacaktır.
Başvuru yapacak adayların, 2019 YLSY süreci ve kontenjanlara ilişkin detaylı bilgilere ulaşmak için duyuru ekinde yer alan 2019 YLSY Başvuru ve Tercih Kılavuzu ile Tercih Tablosu´nu dikkatle incelemeleri gerekmektedir. Adayların 2019 YLSY Tercih Tablosunda yer alan “Tamamlanacak Öğrenim Seviyesinde” öğrenim görmeleri gerekmektedir. Adayların bu doğrultuda başvuruda bulunmaları önem arz etmektedir.
