Mesleki eğitime yönelik 2025 eğitim öğretim yılında yeni gelişmelere yer verilecek. Yeni gelişmelere şu şekilde sıralanıyor:
-Kamu-özel sektör iş birliği artırılarak, meslek liseleri ve meslek yüksekokullarının yönetiminde özel sektörün daha etkin rol alması sağlanacak.
-Müfredat ve eğitim yöntemleri, teknolojik gelişmelere uygun hale getirilecek ve özel sektörün katkıları eklenecek.
-Uygulamalı eğitim: Turizm gibi sektörlerin nitelikli ara eleman ihtiyacını karşılamak için uygulamalı eğitim programları geliştirilecek, öğrencilerin yabancı dil öğrenimi teşvik edilecek.
-Mesleki eğitim merkezleri ve liselerinin yer seçiminde OSB’ler öncelikli olacak.
-Öğretmen yetiştirilecek: Üniversitelerle iş birliği yapılarak mesleki öğretmen yetiştirme programları açılacak, staj programlarının niteliği artırılacak.
-İş gücü piyasası ihtiyaçlarına yönelik burs ve teşvikler sunulacak, bölgesel beceri haritaları çıkarılacak.
-Mesleki eğitimde yabancı dil ve sektörel yeterlilik odaklı yenilikler de uygulanacak.
