Bu konu eğitimimiz açısından çok önemli . Ben de sürekli olarak bu konu ile ilgili yazmaya devam ediyorum. Hem de hiç bıkmadan, çünkü sözleşmeli öğretmenlik uygulamasından vaz geçilecek gibi gözükmüyor.
Tamam “artık sözleşmeli, ücretli öğretmenlik uygulamasından vaz geçiyoruz deniliyor, ama değişen bir şey olmuyor, devam edeleyor sözleşmeli ve ücretli öğretmenlik uygulamasına. Yine öğretmen ataması yapıldı, ama yine uygullama değişmedi ve yine atanan öğretmenler sözleşmeli olarak atandı.
Bu yazıyı en son geçtiğimiz yıl yazdığımda, sözleşmeli öğretmenlik uygulamasının artık sonlandırılacağı en yetkili ağızdan ifade edilmişti. Ama en son olarak Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’nın yaptığı açıklamada, o zaman da, 20 bin sözleşmeli öğretmen alınacağı duyurulmuştu.
Demek uygulama devam edecek gibi. Kolay değil sanırım bu ekonomik gidişatta. Ama inşallah sözleşmeli öğretmenlik uygulamasına kısa zamanda son verilir. Hele hele ücretli öğretmen uygulamasına ise daha tez zamanda son verilir. Yıllardır devam eden sözleşmeli öğretmenlik uygulaması maalesef öğretmenlik gibi çok önemli bir mesleğe hiç yakışmıyor.Bu uygulumanın artık son bulması, sözleşmeli öğretmenlerin artık kadrolara alınması gerekir.
