(b) bendi uyarınca öğrenim ücretini ders saati ücreti olarak belirleyen kurumlarda dönem başlamadan ayrılanlara öğrenim ücretinin yüzde onu dışındaki kısmı iade edilir.
Dönem başladıktan sonra ayrılanlara öğrenim ücretinin yüzde onu ile öğrenim gördüğü ders saati sayısına göre hesaplanan miktarın dışındaki kısmı iade edilir. Mahkemece, söz konusu Yönetmelik hükmü değerlendirilmemiştir.
