Milli Eğitim Bakanı Ziya Selçuk, TBMM Milli Eğitim, Kültür, Gençlik ve Spor Komisyonu’nda milletvekillerinin sorularını yanıtladı. Vekillerin öğretmen atama süreçleri, sözleşmeli öğretmenlik konusundaki eleştirilerini de dinleyen Selçuk, bakanlık çalışmaları hakkında da bilgi verdi. CHP’li komisyon üyeleri, öğretmen atamaları öncesinde KPSS’den 95 alan adaylara mülakatta 50 verilerek elendikleri ve kendilerine bu konuda çok sayıda şikâyet geldiğini Selçuk’a aktardı.
Binlerce öğretmen adayının mülakat öncesi yapılan güvenlik soruşturmaları ile sözlü sınavda baraj altı bırakılmasına ilişkin başlayan tartışmalara ilişkin Selçuk, “Eğer, suçun şahsiliğine yönelik olmak kaydıyla bir kişiyle ilgili bir resmi doküman varsa, bu kişinin KPSS’si ikincil vaziyette kalıyor” dedi.
90 alana düşük puan verilmez
Selçuk, ailelerin de güvenlik soruşturmasına dahil edilerek öğretmenlerin geleceğine ilişkin karar verildiği iddialarına ise “Ama suçun şahsiliği bağlamında herhangi bir husus yoksa 90 almış bir kişiye asla 58 verilmez, asla böyle bir fark, bir tane örnek gösteremezsiniz. Bunu son sınavlar için yani benim bulunduğum dönem için söylüyorum. Bu konuda çok hassas davranıyoruz. Bu konu bizim her şeyden önce adil olmamızın gereğiyle ilgili bir konu” yanıtı verdi.
Vekillerin aynı öğretmen odasında eğitimcilerin kadrolu, sözleşmeli ve ücretli olarak ayrıştırılması yönündeki eleştirilere ilişkin Selçuk, ücretli öğretmenliğe karşı çalışmaları olduğunu belirtse de sözleşmeli öğretmenlikten geri adım atmadı. Selçuk, “Sözleşmeli öğretmenden şu aşamada vazgeçsek yüzde 70’e yakın geri dönüş oluyor. Sahte evlilik, eş durumu, sağlık raporu. Yüzlerce sağlık raporunu inceleyip bunun gerçek olup olmadığı konusunda da araştırmalar yaptık” dedi.
Sayıları yarım milyona ulaşan atanamayan öğretmen sorununa ilişkin ise Selçuk ekonomik krizi işaret etti. Selçuk, “Mesela ben şu anda isterim ki 100 bin öğretmenimizi hemen alalım. Siz burayı çok iyi biliyorsunuz, bütçe planı biliyorsunuz, süreçleri biliyorsunuz. Bu sene ekonomik olarak genel tabloyu çok iyi biliyorsunuz” diye konuştu.
